Weekend Kits is participating in the May Giveaway Day event at Sew Mama Sew! One lucky winner will be randomly selected to win a Baby Quilt Kit Plus Notions Package from our store.
The winner will receive ALL of the following items:
- Ducky Fun Cuddly Quilt Kit
- Warm & White Cotton Batting
- YLI Cotton Quilting Thread in White
- Package Dritz Quilting Pins
- Package Dritz Curved Basting Pins
In addition to the Ducky Fun baby quilt kit, the winner will receive a quilting notions package, including cotton batting, quilting thread, quilting pins, and curved basting pins.

My favorite kit that I'm hoping to work on soon is Rembering Annabelle.
The duck quilt is probably my favorite of all, I like the combination of different kinds of fabrics. Although the embroidered bibs are incredibly cute as well ("Peanut" is adorable and works well for boys/girls/unknown baby shower gifts!)

Hooray! I've made that quilt before - I'm a sucker for quilt kits, and the different textures are neat for little ones to play with. I like that one better than the one that's all squares. I like quilt kits in general - and you've got a lot of nice ones there! I think I got the Log Cabin Star wall quilt kit at the Houston Quilt Show last year... I like it and the Lone Star wall quilt kit the best.

Oh those kits for quilting (and actually all of your weekend kits since I do like the jewelry and embroidery as well) are wonderful. Since I have babies on my mind, I really am drawn to your quilt kits that are more for a baby. I have a 9 month old Grandson and a 3 1/2 month old Granddaughter so I love a number of yours.
The two that really stand out for me are the Cuddly Quilt - Baby Quilt Kit - Monkey Mischief and the Cuddly Quilt - Baby Quilt Kit - Rosey Chic. I LOVE them both. I also think the duckie one is adorable as well.
